For more than 40 years Galardi Group is one of the leading companies in the logistics and forwarding sector, specialising in national and international land, air and sea transport, with a turnover of 70 million euros and 120 employees, spread over 11 locations in Italy, Portugal and France.

NAXCO, a French private group created in 1967, is one of the leaders in the maritime sector, globally present and innovative in all segments of the transport chain, maritime agency and port services.

With 401 employees worldwide, the Naxco Group is active in shipping, transit, logistics, NVOCC and port services.

This merger not only represents an expansion and enhancement of the services offered, but marks the beginning of an era in which synergy, collaboration and unity of purpose will be the pillars of this great Group.

The NAXCO Group will achieve a turnover of EUR 280 million, with 560 employees in 50 offices in 14 countries.
