We are excited to share the extraordinary moments experienced during the recent two-day conference in France. They have been days full of exciting activities, allowing us all to consolidate the foundations of a very promising collaboration and synergy.

**Presentation of branches**

Each branch presented its activities, objectives and recent successes. This gave us a comprehensive overview of the skills and resources available, creating a solid foundation for identifying potential business synergies and collaborations. The enthusiasm and commitment shown by each team was truly inspiring.

**Corporate**

During the conference, were also presented the Finance Division and IT Department of the group, emphasizing the focus on management methodologies and the consolidation of a standardized infrastructure. Sharing business strategies then paved the way for a shared vision for the future, providing all participants with a clear understanding of common goals and milestones to be achieved.

**Dynamic Team Building**

Naxco believed in the importance of creating stronger ties between members of new teams and encouraging team building. Team play was the perfect vehicle for this.
