Questions brands ask us
Do I need a company in the EU?
No. Holding stock in Italy usually requires an Italian VAT number: we can act as your fiscal representative, so you do not need to set up a company.
How fast can we go live?
Usually about one week from the operational kick-off. Minimum contract: 3 months.
How do you connect to our shop?
Web-service integration with your shop, marketplace or ERP; file exchange; or our online client portal with no integration at all.
Is there a minimum volume?
No minimum pallets or orders: the offer scales from first EU tests to large volumes.
Can you store chilled or frozen products?
No. Our warehouses handle ambient goods only, including hanging garments on dedicated racks.
