Non-EU brands selling in Europe
Since 1 July 2026 small non-EU parcels pay duty even under €150: it pays to import in bulk and keep stock in Europe, with duty and VAT suspended.

How does my shop connect to your warehouse?
In three ways: web-service integration between our WMS and your shop, marketplace or ERP; file exchange; or the online client portal, where you enter orders and see stock with no integration at all.
By what time must the order reach you to ship the same day?
Orders received by 15:00 leave the same working day.
Can you use my packaging?
Yes: custom packaging, inserts, cards, gift wrapping, gift boxes and kits.
Do you handle returns?
Yes: receipt, quality control, refurbishment and restocking, with stock levels updated.
Is there a minimum number of orders?
No. The offer scales: we work with brands that are just starting and with high-volume operators alike.
How many orders do you ship a month?
Send us volumes, number of SKUs and destinations: we will prepare a quote and an onboarding plan.
